administrative team
Our administrative team is a small group of undergrads (and a few high school students!) from top universities across the country such as Harvard, Cornell, and Syracuse. Our leads founded DOT and are responsible for all outreach efforts, all matching of tutors and tutees, and all of the other logistical stuff that makes DOT possible. The admin team is always actively working on making DOT's services smoother, more efficient, and more accessible. Most of our leads are also tutors! Read more about them here.

tutors
Our tutors are the heart of our organization. Tutors are undergraduates and high school students, primarily from the Dutchess/Orange area, who volunteer with DOT. They are matched with a K-12 student to work with during extended school closures. Read about some of our tutors here.
